can't get our website back up again
-
HI our website at the3growbags.com went down yesterday and shows the following message:
You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error). This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Stats plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS. If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server. Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. It’s probably Andy’s fault.
Please, please, please tell me how we can get it back up again!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi
I think the problem is caused by the fact that your domain the3growbags.com is using WordPress nameservers.
The public information for the domain shows the nameservers as:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com
This means that requests for the website at the3growbags.com will be sent to WordPress to process.
If you haven’t set up the domain the3growbags.com in your WordPress account it will cause errors.
You will need a premium account to achieve thisAlternatively, you have your own site for the3growbags.com hosted somewhere other than WordPress (so a self hosted site) and you need to update the domain name servers to those provided by your host service.
My suggestion, in this situation, is to contact the folk hosting your website and ask them what the name servers should be and then contact your domain registrar Wild West Domains and ask them to update the nameservers.
I hope that helps
