Can't get page to take on the grid template form
-
Hi! I am trying to get a page to have the grid template form, but I do not know how to do so. I have tried clicking ‘page attributes’ then ‘grid template,’ but it doesn’t seem to make any difference, even after I save it!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi starchefsadkit,
Unless the page you created is a parent to other pages you won’t see any immediate difference. In order to use Goran’s grid layout you will need to take the following steps.1. Create a page and in Page Attributes set it to “Grid Template”. This page will be your top level page. As an example I’ll use JobFinder.
2. Create other pages (Job 1, Job 2, etc.) and in each of them click on Page Settings -> Page Attributes. Then underneath where it says Parent Page click the radio button next to the name of your top level page.
3. Publish your sub-pages.
4. Now navigate to your top level page (JobFinder). You will see all of the sub-pages (Jobs) show up as squares on a grid.
It doesn’t matter what template your sub-pages are built on… Unless you want your sub-pages to have sub-subpages. Then your sub-page would have to be built with the grid template.
