Can’t get password reset email

I have been trying to reset my password but an email to do so never turns up. Extremely frustrating! Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi aleone89, nothing in spam. The link you gave me sent a link to change the password for my blog but not my website. It’s the website I’m having trouble with.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
