can’t get past AI assistant!

I just need to talk to a human about my account! I can’t get past the AI assistant! I do pay for paid plan. I have charges on my credit card. But I can’t get the AI to let me talk to a person so I can resolve the issue with my account!

You created this wordpress.com account only a few minutes before creating this thread. Also note wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support, so you can’t “talk” to someone.
If and only if those charges were made by wordpress.com, you can find out what they are about at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. That same page gives you the possible to contact the Billing Team.

I used that tool and confirmed the charges on my credit card what I thought they were. However, these domains should be linked to this new account. I would love to explain the situation to a human outside of a public forum. Chat is fine. “Talking” to a human doesn’t literally mean talking to a human. It means interacting with a human. How do I do that? I am clearly paying for service. I need to get this situation resolved.
Alternatively, I can dispute the charges, get a full refund and then when the domain ownership expires on the current account, buy them again on my correct account. Seems awfully round-about versus just helping me out.

I read that link but it does not help in this case. I really just need to talk to a human so I explain the situation outside of a public forum. How do I do that?
I have to say, struggling just to talk to a service agent does not bode well for continued use of this business.
