can't get photo next to blog title to update

the photo shown next to my blog title on the top tab of browsers is outdated (shows me wearing a pink sweater and white shirt). No matter how many times I change my photo in gravatar, I can’t get this old photo to go away. The new photo shows me wearing blue and it appears everywhere else on the blog. What do I need to do to replace the old image? Thank you!
