Can't get rid of error message "
-
Hi,
When I go to my site (either ejlri.org or ejlri.wordpress.com) I get this warning: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ” Can you remove this warning?
Both my personal domain (ejlri.org, hosted through godaddy), and the ejrli.wordpress.com site show a warning saying that the domain mapping upgrade is not found. I deleted the domain mapping upgrade as I am going to be using wordpress.org on the godaddy (ejlri.org) site. Can you please remove the domain mapping upgrade warning?
Thank you

You have to be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased any upgrades for it to cancel them.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Hi @ameliaroseejlri , if you just changed your name servers, it can take a few hours for the changes to take effect.
If it’s still giving you trouble try clearing your cache, then close and re-open the browser. I hope that helps!
