Can’t get rid of the notifications frame

    Hi guys! WP.com is giving me a massive angry headache today :(

    When I’m logged in, after a few seconds, the notification frame pops up, covering about a third of the screen – and I can’t get rid of it. I tried reloading, pressing ‘n’, different browsers… to nop avail.

    How in all howling gods’ names can I close that THING?
