Can’t get rid of under construction page

  I’m new to WordPress, although I have worked on web sites previously. I somehow put an under construction page on my site to keep it hidden until it was ready, but now it’s ready and I don’t know how to get rid of the page. I was wrestling so much with WP in the learning phase that I don’t remember how I put the page up there. I did install a plug in eventually, but apparently that is not what I used because I’ve deactivated the under construction page in the plugin but my site is still inaccessible. Any thoughts about what else I could try? Thank you!

  Never mind. User error. Figured it out.
