Can't get rid of unsolicited quote on home page

  Wordpress added a quote and a title my home page that I did not write and cannot remove – how do I delete them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The quote is in a default post. The post may be edited or deleted. See the Edit Posts Screen support page for relevant information and instructions.
