Can't get Shares 2 stay on page

    I have, on a few occasions, made sure that the share buttons were at the bottom of the page, but they don’t stay. What am I doing wrong? Also, why was the previous format of sharing NOT kept?

    Hi gilliansnotebook!

    I’ll be happy to help. It looks the share icons are at the bottom of the page for most of the posts. Can you direct me to a post that does not have this formatting? Could you provide me with a screenshot of what you’re seeing? I want to make sure I understand the issue.

    Sorry, the share buttons seem to come and go. Right now, the buttons are where they should be.
    A month or so ago, the share button was at the top of the page. BOY, it gets more and more difficult to write on a “simple” page.

    How do make a ‘screenshot’ if the share buttons disappear again?

    Hi gilliansnotebook,

    To take a screenshot: on a PC press “PrtScn” then paste that into an image editor and save it.

    on a Mac press “Shift”+”Command (⌘)”+”3”. That image will save to your desktop.

    You can also use third party tools such as https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html. Jing will allow you to record your screen so we can see your step-by-step workflow. I’m so sorry for the frustration this is causing.
