can't get site buliding started

  Hi, I am literally just starting off. I get to the step 4 to choose the business account and it takes me back to step 1, I’ve tried lots of times. Please help !!

  You must select and enter a plan first. Did you do that?

  If you enter a domain URL first then you get caught in the loop.

  How domain mapping works
  What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL .wordpress.com to the original content.   Thanks for your help, tried to do the plan choice first but I can’t. Keeps looping round. Very frustrating!

  Hi there,

  Can you check if it helps if you use a different browser?

  Otherwise, on the Domains step, can you please try only selecting the free domain, and on the Plans step only select the Free Plan? Then you can go to My Site ->Plans and My Site ->Domains afterwards to add the plan and domain.

  Please let me know if this doesn’t work either.
