can’t get SMS text sent for 2 step authentication

I can’t log in to WordPress. (Here I had to create another account after trying to log in with my normal credential.) I remember the password, and have access to email but, I don’t have Google authenticator. So I can’t log in because I have 2-step authentication enabled. I don’t have backup codes, but I still have my phone number. But the problem is, I’m not receiving the SMS. (I have already tried the recovery process, but it keeps asking for codes.) I also tried loging in using WordPress mobile app, but it’s also asking me for codes and I am not receiving them via text. I manage curevovaccine.com website. My user name is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help.

I just set up 2 step authentication about a week ago so I didn’t get a chance to copy all my alternative codes. The authentication process I used yesterday to log in was through WordPress mobile app. Today, I went through my normal procedure. When I got to the window Log in screen that said: “Confirm in your WordPress mobile app to continue”, I went to the WordPress mobile app, typed my email and password, Log in screen where it asked to text me code, nothing would come up… I tried multiple times to change the password, but because I still have 2 step authentication process and I can’t bypass it, I am just stuck. I have no other way to reach support so I created this fake account. I you need more information about my admin privileges for the curevovaccine.com, happy to provide.

I didn’t receive any other emails besides the first one that I see in this thread. As I explained in my first email, I don’t have access to my backup codes.
