Can't Get Started! (Am I missing the correct software?)

  Hi. Having trouble right out of the gate (bad sign!)

  I went thru the insanely-easy 5-step set-up process, but when I get to the “Welcome” page, everything’s blank!

  I have a stone-age Mac, (a G5 running OS 10.5).

  Am I missing necessary apps, i.e., Flash, or something else?

  I am! Ran thru steps 1 thru 5 lightning-fast.

  Now, I’m on the “Welcome” page, but there’s nothing to see! (My Mac is a relic).

  It doesn’t make sense. I can usu. see all web pages, even if they load slowly. What might I be missing: Flash? HTML? Other?
