Can’t get stats

  My Jetpack plugin is no longer collecting stats, and the troubleshooting says I need to disconnect, but can’t seem to find the button to do that. Then when I go to update my plugins, it goes to a ‘create a new site’ page, saying I don’t have a site. So I am not sure what to do, and I would love to have my stats back!!
