Can’t get Stories plug-in to work

When I try to create a new story it says “the editor has crashed, please try re-loading the page and report the error using the button below”. I can’t get any of the options to work and I need access ASAP!

I don’t see any sites in the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here, and we have a built-in Stories feature on WordPress.com that does not require the use of any plugins.
What is the URL of the site you’re working on?
If your site is using the open source version of WordPress at another host, then we have no control over it and won’t be able to help. In that case, please contact support for the stories plugin you’re using directly for help with this.

My URL is http://www.mash-elle.com
When logged into WordPress, I click “Stories” under Comments on the left hand navigation menu. When I click “Add New” the editor has crashed black screen appears.

In order to use the Stories feature of the mobile app, your site must be hosted here at WordPress.com ~or~ you must have the Jetpack plugin installed on your site and connected to your
mashelleblogWordPress.com account.From my investigation – your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com nor is it using the Jetpack plugin, so you would need to install Jetpack to use this feature. You can read more about Stories here:
