Cant get support for suspended site and can’t get a plan while suspended

Hi, I have tried to ask for a human review of the violation of terms, but nobody has gotten back to me for several weeks, and despite being told: Your message has been successfully submitted. We will contact you after we review your request.
I tried to purchase a support plan, but I cannot because the site is suspended.
The support chatbot tells me to ask to be connected to a human, but when doing so in teh chatbot, it tells that I can’t until I am reactivated.
Here I tried to refer to the site (https://mfrepository.wordpress.com/), but I get told that it is associated to another account (I guess because suspended).
I have confirmed via profiler that is is hosted by wordpress.comHere is the message that I sent to get it reviewed, but without answer: >>

I did contact you 15 + days ago and I haven’t heard back.
1) Could you please restore teh site, I need it for published paper that refer to it! (Again I will fix whatever is teh concern that you have).
2) Otherwise, can you please give me a way to backup the media and content.
Please note that while trying to understand the issue, the only thing I can understand was making available my own paper PDF (I have copyright) and translations (done myself) of 3 scientific papers out of print, unavailable and published in Russian (which I do not speak).
Please provide an answer. I do not know what to do and I do not understand why you haven’t answered yet. I do not consider the matter urgent as readers have contacted me about teh broken links. Would it help if subscribe to restore the site? Alternatively could I author the welcome page to replace the statement of violation of service and point to another URL?
I assume something can be done. But if not could you at lest answer to tell me what I did wrong and what can be done even if it turns out to be nothing.
Your prompt attention and help in this matter (at least for the backups) would really be appreciated.

Since your site is suspended, direct support may be limited, but you can try reaching out via their official forums or Twitter (@WordPressdotcom) for visibility. If backups are crucial, check if you have any local copies or use the Wayback Machine to retrieve content.

Even forum support staff cannot resolve site suspensions. For that you need to fill out the form mentioned here https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/ and it will be reviewed by the Trust & Safety team. If you’ve already done that, you’ll need to be patient.
You also said: “but I get told that it is associated to another account” If that is the case, and you don’t recall the log in information for that account, you can start the account recovery following this guide https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
