can't get tagline to show up on live site, Ideation and Intent is the theme

  HI, I am struggling to make the tagline show up on my live site and the theme is Ideation and Intent. It’s there when I go into customise, but then disappears.
  I have no CSS experience and not even sure if I can make any alterations to the theme?

  This doesn’t involve CSS editing. The optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time > Settings > General
  Don’t forget to scroll down and “save changes”.
