Can't get to Admin Log in

    I was working on my website today, I upgraded to WordPress 4.0 and now I cannot get to the log in page, only a white blank page. This is also what I get when trying to access my website. Is this due to the upgrade or something to do with my host? Any help is much appreciated, thank you. This is on my employers website thirroulmedical.com.au

    Please head to WordPress.org forums to get help with your question. Please note that you cannot use your WordPress.com account to login to WordPress.org forums. So you have to create a new account on WordPress.org to be able to login and post to their forums.
