Can't Get To My Blog In Order To Post

Hi All,
I have been doing doing some maintenance on both my Web Site and Blog, but ran into a problem with my Blog.
I’ve just installed a new Linux OS, loaded Firefox with my stored Bookmarks and clicked, what used to take me to my Blog (hosted by SiteGround), but I end up here. I wanted to write a new post, but can’t get to what used to work.
Any ideas what’s up? Comments would be greatly appreciated.

Your webiste and your blog are not being free hosted by WordPress.com and those are the only blogs we provide support for on this WordPress.com support forum. We run on different software and this is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

I have done nothing technical to my site in months and now it is not loading; I have contacted support with no response in two weeks! I think it has to do with my domain name – but have I registered through WP originally and have updated it to renew in 2013. Not a tech-guy, so any help you can give me would be appreciated. Not even sure I should be posting here but not getting any response from support! Please help or point me in a direction. Thank you –

@rregalado – it looks like your domain name has expired and was not renewed and is in redemption – you will need to work with the staff if you want to renew the domain name – there will be an addition charge set by the Registrar (not WordPress.COM) – to renew the domain name – then you will need to renew the domain mapping also

thanks for responding; I also responded to timethief via email – I am not “jjmacey” as she suggested. I have a critical problem here – I have renewed the domain name via wordpress (via my account it states this domain is good until 2013) so I do not know what next steps I need to take. Also, shouldn’t I have been notified by wordpress that this subscription was expiring? Please advise on next steps – I don’t know why I have never received any support response from WP. Thanks for your help –

for the domain name royregalado.com you need to work with the staff – something might have went wrong in the renewal – please remember that you have two steps to do – domain name renewal and domain mapping for the domain name to work –
please contact the staff – this thread has also been flagged for staff attention – but you do need to get your request directly to the staff.

thank you. Since I have already renewed the domain mapping with WP it appears the domain name renewal is what’s needed? Since I purchased the domain name through WP is this not a process that should continue to go through WP?
I know I should be working with the staff – I have contacted them several times via the support email and have had NO response. Is there a different method or channel to get my request directly to staff?

Hi All,
Sorry for the confusion here. Don’t know why, but after a fresh OS install the Icon on my Firefox Bookmarks Toolbar that pointed me to my hosting service – where my WordPress Blog lives – pointed me in your direction. I am now dealing with my Blog hosting service.

Basically, it means as soon as we can. We handle email support requests from oldest to newest, so I can’t give any exact estimates.
