Can't get to my dashboard

  My blog itself is working, but when I log in as admin and try to access the dashboard, I get an internal server error. Is there any way I can get in there through a backdoor or something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://www.gtracyblog.com/ is a wordpress.ORG blog, not a WordPress.COM blog, so you need to be over there for help with that version of the software.
