Good morning, my site, susandoessocial.com, is not available to me. I am the only owner, and I try to log in and get a message that Muegge Marketing is the only site I own. I am being billed for susandoessocial.com, and I would very much like to access it. Please help.

susandoessocial.com is owned by the account susandoessocial. Therefore you need to log-off from the account you’re currently connected (susanmuegge) and log-in to susandoessocial.
If you don’t remember your password but you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool:

If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to that account, we’ll need a transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account. Here’s how to retrieve the transaction ID:
