can't get to my site dashboard

It’s been a while since the last time I made changes to my site. I logged on today but all I can access is the blog site, not my actual site. How do I get to my dashboard again?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you referring to please?

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
