Can’t get to my wp-admin site?

    This Connection is Private This website may be impersonating ‘scottstrong.com’ to steal your information. You should go back to the previous page. And it will not let me go any farther. There’s only a ‘Show Details’ or a ‘Go Back’ button.

    This is happening because your site’s Business Plan has expired, and along with it the domain mapping upgrade that connected your domain to the site. This also removed the SSL certificate that we issued for your site.

    To fix this you’ll need to add a new Business Plan to the site and reconnect the domain. Please confirm if you want to do this, and I can send you a payment link to pay for a new plan, as you won’t be able to purchase it from the Plans page at this point.

    I would like to confirm that, Yes, I want to add a new Business plan — yearly subscription for the $299 I had been being charged in the past. At this time I prefer not to have any new frills or add-ons. Thank you.

    Please let me know how I can pay my bill. (I did have a problem with a change of my credit card. But I updated my credit card info yesterday 12/26/18 and we should be good-to-go.)

    My new bus card number ends in 6581. If you can process it, I’d appreciate it, or send me a link how to do it.

    you can type your site /wp-login.php
    and write pass and user
    i mean that for example https://alexandria-apartments.org/ WP-LOGIN.PHP

    I tried using the manual payment link — filled out all the necessary info — and it wouldn’t allow me to complete the transaction. An error message kept coming up at the top of the page.

    What’s up with that?

  • Hi Scott – What did that error message say? That might be the clue we need to get this sorted.

    It might help to clear out your browser cache and then retry the form that we sent by email.
