Can’t get to second blog

I have two blogs. I created one two years ago and don’t want to use it any more. Now I have created this one that I want to use, but I can’t seem to get to it! I can post to it, but I can’t figure out how change settings or add categories on it. Every time I go to the Dashboard, even from just having edited a post, I get sent back to the first blog. I marked that one as private, because I don’t want it showing up on the Internet, but I’m afraid that I’ve changed both blogs to private.
I’m sure there’s something perfectly simple that I’m missing, but I can’t figure it out.

“My Blogs”
with a drop-down menu.
Do you see both of your blogs there?
