Cant get to the main dashboard

Im stuck in this garbage version and not the real dashboard version. Accesspress root isnt an option to download and i can’t get out of these basic options

Accesspress root theme is for WordPress.org installs. This is WordPress.com which offers hundreds of free and premium themes and which I personally find is not garbage.
