Can't get to the premium theme support forum

  I have a blog with a premium theme that I am trying to resolve a couple of issues with. I know there is a support forum for premium themes, and that I should be trying there for the help I need. I’ve gone to appearance > themes and clicked on the link provided. It always puts the full link up then dumps me back in the regular forum. I tried copying the link and doing it myself, same thing happens. Any suggestions on how to get there? I do have two other blogs with non-premium themes if that makes a difference.

  Are you logged in with the username that was used when you bought the premium theme?

  I actually had a different username for each blog and was logging in and out of them all the time then realized I could put them all under one username by giving the blogs to just one of my usernames. The premium blog is one that I went from another username to this username.

  Log in under the original username for that blog and you should be able to access the premium forum.

  I tried that, but when you give the blog to another username, you have no access to the dashboard anymore. When I log in to that username I just get the stuff that a registered user to WordPress gets, but nothing under blogs since that username doesn’t have a blog anymore. I guess I need to contact WordPress to see if they can fix it for me?

  Yes, contact staff with the details and they will have to figure something out. I’m sure they can.
