Can’t get to website without seeing ‘Your connection is not private’ – issues with https

  My customers can’t get to my website without seeing the error that the connection is not private, seems to be an issue with SSL and certificates. How do i resolve this ASAP? WordPress help says I should not have to install SSL certificates.
