  I have changed password but it doesn’t get me to the right site and I need to make changes to the site
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it, and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  Didn’t word correctly. Not ‘hosted’ but is built on Word Press and I need to get to the appropriate site to manage. I am not familiar with how this works just going by what I am told because I need to have changes made to the site. My admin asked for username and password and when supplied it takes to a WP site that says I have no sites but do and have managed content on WP before. I would like to speak with someone in support to help me figure this out….over my less than spectacular
