Can’t get videos to load!!!

I purchased a subscription upgrade (about $60 recommended on your site) to allow videos to be uploaded and play right from my blog post. It took me 4 days and about 15 attempts (1-5 hours each) to get the first one loaded. The second was about the same. Why is it so difficult? I realize that I may not have the fastest internet speed here in Ecuador, but it still should work! Now when I press the upload button after selecting my homemade video, a bar doesn’t even appear telling me that anything is loading or what progress is being made. I’ve tried both the browser upload option and the Flash Version. Niether is working.
And why is it so difficult to find a tab or number to call for help? 24/7 Support. Are you kidding me? Please help me resolve this quickly, so I can get back to sending better blogs to my readers . . .

Thank you, Jennifer, for the response. I looked at the support doc that you recommended and then e-mailed Support at the address you provided. Although no one has responded to that e-mail, I’m grateful for at least having someone to address my issue to.
