cant get widgets to work

  I can’t get any widgets to show up on my front page or whatever you call them. I’ve spent hours searching the forum, tried a dozen things but my gravatar picture doesn’t show up. Isn’t it suppose to? My tag cloud isn’t cloudy. I’m using Ocean Mist theme. I’m getting really frustrated.

  Your tag cloud isn’t cloudy because your posts do not have tags yet.
