Cant identify the name or type of the slider i want?

Hello i came across this slider that i saw on this website but i cant tell what plugin slider it is name and what type of slider it is. you can view the slider here http://www.lga-garagedoor.com it has like 3 slices with captions on it and it has this cool effect on hover and its responsive on mobile.
