Can’t Import

Several hours ago I tried to do a Tumblr import. I checked back in frequently and it said ‘in progress’ but nothing was changing other than the page seeming to frequently refresh, and there was nothing on my dashboard or anything I could find. I finally decided to try the ‘Clear account information’ option, since it said to do that if it seemed to be stuck. After that I decided to try importing again, but just test it out on a smaller side blog. It told me I could only have one running import at a time and that I had to wait for it to finish. It says the same thing even if I try to start an import of the blog I had previously tried to import. I’ve tried clearing account information a couple times and even disconnecting and reconnecting my tumblr but I still just get the same message. I don’t really know what else to do.

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
