Can’t import

    Hi there. I’m trying to import subscribers from and old site, to this. But it’s not working.

    Can you guys help?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    I would be happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader. I just need to know the following:

    1. The URL of the site where your followers are now.
    2. The URL of your site that you want them moved to.

    NOTE: You do need to have an active Jetpack connection to the same WordPress.com user account on both sites to do this.

    Hello

    I actually got help from a very nice colleague of yours named Dan. He helped us with sync between the 2 accounts. So all is good. But thanks for answer here ;)
