Can’t import from Production to Staging

  I wanted to move the data from my Production site to my Staging site via https://wordpress.com/hosting-config/consentbands.com#staging-site. But I got the error, ‘We couldn’t connect to the staging site:
  staging-XXXX-consentbands.wpcomstaging.com.’ Any tips?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Sorry for the delay on this. Could you try again now and see if it works? We’ve added a missing user, so everything should go smoothly.

  Just bear in mind that, using WooCoomerce, you won’t be able to sync data back from Staging to Production. We don’t allow it due to risks in overwriting orders received after the staging site was created.
