Can't import from tumblr

Every time I try to import from tumblr, it just directs me to the ‘how to’ page. It’s circular. I can’t find the actual import link.

I sure would like to try! Every time I try to click the “Import from Tumblr” link it literally just leads me back to that instruction page.

That is strange.
Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
If yes, what is the URL?
Did you remove all spam, advertising, and all unmoderated comments before you created the XML file?
How large is the XML export file?
Has 24 hours passed since you tried the import?

hoo boy. a lot of this stuff is going over my head. I don’t have an XML export file. I feel like maybe I’m supposed to, if the import from Tumblr link would ever work. But it doesn’t. I’m just clicking in circles.
