Can't import: missing/invalid WXR version number

  I’m trying to export https://portafoliodummy.wordpress.com/ to http://lineaie.wordpress.com, but I’m getting this error message:

  This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

  Any suggestions?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Found the problem. It turns out that wordpress won’t take the zip file they create when exporting. I unzipped it, uploaded the xml file and it worked right away.

  It would help to point out during import that it has to be a XML file, or just add the functionality to process the zip files generated when exporting.
