Can’t import site
-
I had a WordPress site many years ago that I thought I downloaded correctly but which I’d migrated previously to a domain I owned couchsurfingcook.com. It was a site I paid for and had a customized theme, etc. but which I gave up b.c. I didn’t want to keep paying for the domain name. I’m now trying to re-post this old content on a free site I re-activated (Couchsurfingcook.wordpress.com) but do not see that I have a .XML or Zip for that old site, although I have LOTS of files with ending suffixes like .rss, .php, etc. Does anyone know if there is a way to figure out where the text at least is in this downloaded folder so that I could try to rebuild some of this old content onto a free platform?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Content of a selfhosted WordPress.org is stored in a database not in the files you have downloaded. If you don’t have a xml-file, you must start your site from scratch.

Even if it was on a .com platform through its own domain? I have one folder called XML but when I click inside it I see another folder called Declaration and another called Parser.php. Is there a way for me to upload the files I have to this forum to see if someone could figure out where the text is being stored? Thank you for responding!
