Can’t import the XML file

    When I tried to impor tthe XML file I exported from another WordPress-based site, I always get the following error:

    Simultaneous imports are not permitted.
    Make sure you are using a valid export file in XML or ZIP format.

    For a test, I created another account and imported that XML file, and it was successful, so the XML file itself should be valid.

    Why can’t I import my XML file?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
