Can't import theme ("Add New" button missing)

    Hi:

    I purchased a theme and need to install it. So I know I’m supposed to see an “Add New” button from Admin-Appearance-Theme, but I cannot find it. I’m not using FTP and all that, I just want to stick with WordPress.com.

    Are there any ways for me to install this theme? How can I find the Add New button?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    There is no way for you to install the theme. External themes are for WordPress.ORG blogs, not WordPress.COM blogs, and are not allowed here for security reasons. Get your money back. It’s a common error.
