Can't import wordpress, says still importing

  When I click import > wordpress > it immediately takes me to:
  “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
  without giving me a chance to upload an xml file.

  It has been 72ish hours since I last tried to import.

  Any ideas?

  Hi there,
  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
