Cant Import xml file from xanga

  I downloaded the xml film from my Xanga account as I want to import my entry into wordpress but even if I have downloaded an xml film, when I upload onto the tool-> import page of my wordpress account, the system said my film is not xml file and cant proceed the import. Why? What can I do?

  See http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/
  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  Hi there,

  I’m looking at the file you most recently uploaded and while it’s for a blog called “bunbinbunbin’s Xanga Blog” it appears to be a WXR file, which would use the WordPress importer. Did you first import the blog into another WordPress site and then export again?
