can't insert image from url

  can’t insert image from url >_<
  I use this way to insert pics everyday but it doesn’t work today…
  when I press “add media” then “from url” as usual, something wrong happened….
  this is my screen capture

  I’ve tried changing my browser from chrome to IE but still unworkable…
  can anybody help me?
