Can't insert images in gallery blocks

    I am struggling in how to understand the new block editor. Slowly I get it. But there is one problem I cannot fix.
    When making a post and chosing the gallery block, or the collage block or the masonry block I am not able to insert images. When I choose one of these block I click on Media Library, choose some pictures, choose insert and nothig happens.
    The images are not being inserted into the blocks.
    What could be wrong?

    Hi there,

    Just to confirm, you’re having this problem with all the different gallery blocks? How about the single-image image block?

    After adding the images and inserting the gallery, what happens if you click Save draft at the top, exit the editor, and then come back? Do the images appear then, or is the editor still blank?

    Can you also check if it makes any difference if you use a different browser or internet connection?
