Can't insert logos and images to WP sites

I am looking for a bit of help. I am doing various updating on several wordpress sites and am having some problems adding images. I can’t add logos at all and I can’t insert images into posts or pages. I can upload images to the meadia file but can’t do anything with them. All sites are latest version of wordpress. The sites have from 0 to 15 plugins all up to date. This problem started Sunday Nov 19 and is very annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There are two different types of wordpress software.
newworldskill.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting hosted by Hostgator, not by wordpress.com.
That site is not on our servers and we cannot help with it or with any wordpress.ORG software installs.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
