Can't Insert Media to Post

  Idk what happened but after we changed vps, we couldn’t insert media into posts…… its been like 2 days we haven’t updated anything on our site even tho there’s abt 30-70k+ daily views

  I saw a temp solution by doing, copying file URL and pasting it on “insert from URL”, but it leads to an error: Not Acceptable
  An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.

  pls, get us a permanent solution for this.

  and one more thing, I thought this was a the issue and contacted them, they told me to increase php memory (done with that) and php tiemout should we do that aswell?
