Can't install badge on sidebar

    I have read through the other threads on this subject, but I am so totally non techno-savvy that I simply don’t understand how I can put a badge on my blog’s sidebar. The badge in question is:

    <a
    href=”http://www.internations.org/italy-expats/guide/working-in-italy-15329″

    and my blog is http://statusviatoris.wordpress.com. Step by step instructions for idiots are required.

    This would be the code (there is a missing ending tag on your example above).

    <a href="http://www.internations.org/italy-expats/guide/working-in-italy-15329"> <img src="http://drupal.internations.org/sites/default/files/styles/square_ thumbnail/public/badge%20italy.jpg" alt="Working in Italy" /></a>

    The problem is though, that image doesn’t exist. It returns a 404 not found error. The image either doesn’t exist, or there is an error in the URL.

    Hi.. am new here.. Is it possible for me to add a G+ badge to free version of WordPress.com ? I’ve tried and it does not seem to work

    Hi I also need help to add a badge link to my sidebar. I don’t even know what things like ’embed’ and image urls mean, so I really need very basic steps.

    You need to go to Appearance > Widgets, drag a Text widget to Sidebar, click Save after pasting this:
