Can’t install free Plugins or Theme

  Hey,
  Whenever I try to install any theme(like astra which is completely free) or plugins(google font or wordpress) it shows that I will have to upgrade to premium plan to do this function.
  Could you please tell me why am I facing this issue and solve it.

  If you want to use third party plugins and themes on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/
