Cant install plug-ins anymore

    It didnt work even after i filled the form by upgrading to premiere plan . but postal code output produced as wrong input though the input i gave was right.
    Could you kindly address this issue or can i uninstall some already installed plugins so that the memory will be free enough to store the newer plug-ins?

    Hi there, only sites on the WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plans can install plugins. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
