Can’t install plugins

    This is the message when I click ‘plugins’ along the left hand side. ‘You need to upgrade to a Business Plan to install plugins. Get a free domain with an annual plan.’

    I shouldn’t have to upgrade to install plugins. I just upgraded to Premium Plan. What is wrong?

    WordPress.com hosting builds in a lot of functionality that is generally added with third-party themes, including advanced security, a global CDN, and site caching. Is there a specific feature you are looking for from a plugin?
