Can't install plugins
-
I recently purchased a domain name, snailsnap.net, from namecheap.com. I think purchased domain mapping to map that domain onto snailsnap.wordpress.com I then upgraded my wordpress for $99, and for whatever reason, there is no option to add plugins to my wordpress site in my dashboard. Any help would be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and move your content into a WordPress.ORG install https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
